On December 7, ICAS’s Alek Chance discussed China’s Belt and Road Initiative at the conference, “Doing Business with the Eurasian Economic Union” hosted by the Eurasia Center and the Russian Trade Representative in Washington. He was part of a panel addressing the relationship between the Belt and Road’s “New Silk Road Economic Belt” and the EEU.
