The Second Manila Conference on the South China Sea

Dr Nong Hong spoke at the Second Manila Conference on the South China Sea, which focused on “managing tensions, revisiting regional efforts and fostering cooperation”. Dr Hong spoke in a panel on International Norms and Rules: the Code of Conduct and Other Remedies in the South China Sea. The conference was organized and sponsored by the Asia Foundation, the Philippines’ Foreign Service Institute, Griffith Institute and New Era University.
