ICAS’s Dr. Nong Hong and Sourabh Gupta participated in the National Committee on US-China Relations’ annual dialogue on US-China relations in maritime affairs. They joined Chinese and American scholars who discussed the significance of the Permanent Court of Arbitration’s pending ruling on the South China Sea and potential paths forward for China and the US.
