ICAS Executive Director Nong Hong will participate as a virtual panelist and moderator at the International Symposium on “Ocean Governance, Environmental Rights and Sustainable Development in the Anthropocene” held by Nankai University.
On September 21, Dr. Hong will be presenting in Panel I: Polar Governance and Law in the Anthropocene on “China and the United States in the Arctic: Will Strategic Competition or Practical Cooperation Drive the Future Development.” She will also be the moderator of Panel II: Non-traditional Maritime Security Cooperation in the Post-Pandemic Era.
