Over the years, ICAS has given numerous students, recent graduates and aspiring young scholars their first encounters with tracking and analyzing Chinese-American foreign policy.
Our interns have the opportunity to assist our team in all programmatic areas and develop skills in research, opinion writing, copy-editing, social media, graphic design, development, event planning and more.
The alumni of our internship program have taken these skills and gone on to work in academia, think tanks, the private sector and public service. The only limit to the ICAS experience is what our interns chose to make of it, which is reflected in the quality of our alumni.
The Institute for China-America Studies is an independent nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization dedicated to strengthening the understanding of U.S.-China relations through expert analysis and practical policy solutions.
