On May 14 – May 16, 2019, the Institute for China-America Studies was an Associate Sponsor for the Center for Oceans Law & Policy 2019 Annual Conference in Malmö, Sweden. Dr. Nong Hong, Executive Director of the Institute for China-America Studies, spoke on the roles non-Arctic states have in Arctic security, shipping, and environmental issues.
