The 2021 virtual symposium of the Journal of National Security Law and Policy occurred on March 23 & 24, 2021. Titled “Shifting to Great Power Competition: Emerging and Continuing Threats with China,” the symposium features expert panels and a keynote speech from former US Deputy Secretary of State Jim Steinberg. ICAS Executive Director Dr. Nong Hong will speak at “Panel 2: Compeition in the South China Sea” (March 23, 2 p.m. EST).
