Join the ICAS team and bring in fresh perspectives to help us formulate and promote policies based on the principles of international cooperation, equal representation and global security.
ICAS views connecting and collaborating with other research institutions as a matter of priority, granting each team member access to a diverse working environment with scholars and experts from around the world.
ICAS encourages its team members to take on individual or group projects to explore topical issues relevant to the U.S.-China relations policy discussion. Self-motivation is the key word here. ICAS does not constrain your intellectual development to a predetermined niche. You are what you make of your intellectual appetite and opportunity.
By being located in Dupont Circle in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C., ICAS neighbors many prominent U.S. think tanks, world-class universities, and U.S. federal departments and agencies.
The small size of the ICAS team allows each member to build strong connections and look out for one other. Even on individual projects, team members work collaboratively to help each other generate the best possible product. Close collegial relations among staff and interns also facilitate productive conversations and the exchange of ideas all day long.
