On February 27-28, 2019, ICAS senior fellow Sourabh Gupta participated on a panel and presented a concept note on inter-Korean maritime cooperation in the West Sea (Yellow Sea) at the Global Peace Convention 2019 in Seoul, South Korea. The panel featured a number of speakers on the theme of devising practical approaches towards peace on the Korean peninsula.
