On Monday, April 10, 2023, ICAS Staff spoke with Guo Shuyong, professor, dean and doctoral supervisor of the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA), Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), along with another SISU representative at the ICAS office in Washington, DC.
