From October 7-8, 2015, the “Workshop on Recent Developments in the South China Sea Arbitration and their Implications” in Taipei was co-organized by ICAS, National Institute for South China Sea Studies (NISCSS), Taiwan Chengchi University, Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan Ocean University, the Collaborative Innovation Center of South China Sea Studies of Nanjing University, the University of Virginia and the University of Wollongong. Present at the workshop were more than forty experts and scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the United States, Britain, Australia and the ROK.
