Letong Qian

From Shenzhen, China, Letong Qian is a second-year master’s student at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He graduated with a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University with a concentration in Conflict Resolution and a minor in Music. His research interests at ICAS focus on maritime affairs, including maritime security, naval affairs, and the maritime governance domain such as the UNCLOS.
