Shelby Xu is a Part-Time Research Assistant Intern at the Institute for China-America Studies. She received a BA in International Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Asian Studies at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Her interests include the relations between the U.S. and China, the South China Sea, and national security. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
