Youngseo Kim is a Part-Time Research Assistant Intern at the Institute for China-America Studies, where she supports research on trade, technology, and maritime affairs. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago, specializing in U.S.–China strategic competition and international conflict analysis. She received her Bachelor of Law in International Political Economy from Peking University. Prior to UChicago, she conducted foreign policy research at the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. In her free time, Youngseo enjoys experimenting with new recipes and staying active through kickboxing, strength training, and yoga.
