Diplomacy & Foreign Policy

The Diplomacy & Foreign Policy section of the ICAS Biden International Affairs Personnel Tracker largely includes, but is not limited to, personnel serving at the Department of State and the White House National Security Council. The primary role of the listed personnel is to nurture diplomatic ties on the international stage and advance the foreign policy and geopolitical interests of the United States.

ICAS recognizes that certain personnel’s responsibilities can overlap between subject areas and has no intention of limiting any individual’s influence or role. The objective of the Tracker is to identify and understand the official positions of key players in the Biden Administration who will directly or indirectly impact the trajectory of the U.S.-China relationship in various subject areas.

ICAS will continue to update the Tracker with new and additional appointees as time and circumstances allow.
